#PartnersForChange – STBB4GOOD

Team work makes the dream work:

The STBB4GOOD MTB Challenge and Twilight Run have partnered with the Cipla Foundation South Africa’s initiative, Miles for Smiles, to raise funds for Operation Smile South Africa.

The 10-year-partnership between Operation Smile South Africa and the Cipla Foundation’s Miles for Smiles focuses on assisting individuals and communities through their corrective surgery on cleft lip and palate.

“We are always so grateful and honoured when an organisation with as much history and character as STBB chooses to partner with us. Their support is an ongoing encouragement to all our staff, volunteers and patients and allows us to continue the work of changing lives one smile at a time,” Tamlin Abrahams, Regional Director: Central, Southern and West Africa Operation Smile South Africa.

What Partners for Change means?

Establishing good relationships and developing partnerships that drive impactful collaborations is the key to influencing change in South Africa. These partnerships are fundamental to the Cipla Foundation South Africa and we are extremely grateful to have Smith Tabata Buchanan Boyes – STBB onboard as a Partner for Change and we look forward to a successful partnership.

“I will never forget the experience of meeting 27-year-old Ephraim who went through life with this deformity and experienced immense hardship as a result. And to think, a 45-minute operation changed his life forever. This is the importance of Operation Smile’s work,” Rynard van der Westhuizen, Head of Cipla Communications and Corporate Affairs.
